Normally I say no, but I'm grateful to Best Buy for suggesting this, while I didn't need to use it, I did purchase...months later I had a burst water pipe blast onto my new equipment, it held up, but had it not I would have been covered, and I know that if it does fail I am still covered.

We got the protection plan for my wife's Galaxy S10e screen protector, and it was the best thing ever. We have used it 3 times now. Best Buy makes it easy to come in get it replaced. If you are hard on your phones I would highly recommend getting the extra warranty protection plan.

Used the product replacement warranty twice, walked in the store with the failed products and walked out with only the cost of the new warranties. Well worth the cost if there is any chance the product could become damaged or just stop working.

Always get the Geek Squad Services and/or protection...you'll thank yourself later if anything happens. It certainly gives you piece of mind and you can get it with most products. I haven't had to use it with this product but I have with other products. I especially recommend it if there will be kids/teens using the product...I'm just saying.

The product replacement programme is a complete and total no brainer. You can bring your device back to the store within 2 years and have your money back in the form of store credit, most of the time no questions asked. unless something OBVIOUSLY fishy is going on, dont be silly

Never a place with a warranty service like Best Buy. Even circuit city in the day couldn’t keep up with the amount of damage one can inflict and still get a replacement. Ok. It is accidental protection. So when accidents happen Best Buy is here to help. And they have.

Make sure the expiration date of your geek squad protection is 2 years (or however long your geek squad protection you chose) AFTER the manufacturers coverage has expired. Some of these geek squad protection were expiring 2 years from date of purchase and that is wrong.

I love Geek Squad service! I always purchase it with my electronics, big or small, and it has saved me time and money. They’ve exchanged products for me that have died a year or two down the road- no questions asked. I highly recommend them!

I always trust Geek squad so any time there is a 2 year product replacement option, i get it. This latest one was for my Ring doorbell which because its outside and faces the elements, I figure I'd need Geek Squad's assistance if it gets damaged from inclement weather.

Having tried several different cameras, I was nervous about spending $200 on one with various reviews. The service protection plan was affordable and worth adding to the cost. Piece of mind is a good thing. If it breaks, they fix or replace it at no charge. And if the current model has been updated, I'll get the newest one available.

I had this on my router. The router stopped working and I was able to get a new one. I just had to pay for a new warranty. Not happy because all the offered was a 4 year which was more expensive. My routers have never made it to 2 years.

I love Geek Squad Protection Plus I have a Note 9 and I broke my screen I went to Best Buy to get it fixed one had to be ordered for my phone I believe I week it took for me to get my new screen it didn't cost me anything more to get fix

We bought this policy for my Samsung gear 3 watch 1 month before the 2 year warranty was up the battery started failing and Best Buy stepped up and for just pay and the taxes I got the upgraded watch no hassle out the door less than one hour

I don't get this on everything, but when I buy some electronics that run a lot or can't afford to be with out, I highly recommend it. It more than pays for it self when you need a question answered and their just a phone call away. Or bring it in to the store, great service their too. quick ,easy no hassle replacement if needed.

I always recommend Best Buy warranty is the best from all retail store I always has bough it for all my electronic and when it has come to the time of a claim had never confronted with any issue they will fix it or replace if fixing can not be achieve they are great

If you have a purchase over $300.00 the a geek squad service agreement is a must. The agreement will. give you insurance if the product has becomes damaged. I had a service agreement on.my Samsung TV and when the TV screen went out I called the Geeksquad and they gave me. the information I needed to go to the store.and pick out another TV using the credit amount that I paid for the original TV.

An amazing service and I have used this particular service multiple times through my many years being a Best Buy customer. It is worth it every time I purchase a new item to always have that piece of mind knowing Best Buy is backing my purchase.

I usually get the Geek Squad service because the product it probably be fine but in case something goes wrong with it, it is much easier to take it to Best Buy to get it fixed or replaced, I hope I do not need it but just in case I know I am covered.
