For the love of goodness, please utilize geek squad services. I should’ve chosen the 3-5yr option whichever available. My tv broke shortly after the 2yr mark making it impossible to get it fixed. Thankfully they recycled my old tv while I still shop for a newer tv.

What a life saver. Purchased this after making a $1200 drone purchase and Wow after 8 months had my first major crash with the the drone that caused damage to the arm and breaking it. Talked to geek squad and its a simple exchange with customer service. So Glad I purchased this service. I havent had to use it with anything else yet but gives me ease knowing if something happened to my Gaming PC they will be able to help me with it as well even though I didnt purchase the PC from Best buy. I highly recommend this service. Its definitely work it.

I did a LOT of research before purchasing my first drone ever. DJI was a no brainer. This mini 2 is truly perfect for a beginner who has somewhat of a noggin on them (took a few tries to get it down quickly - set up is now 5 minutes to fly!). So glad I got it before my trip to Hawaii. I got such great footage and it made it back home with me! I def don't recommend trying it out for the first time at night. I just wanted to make sure it was good before the flight the next day, and I crashed it into my house which damaged a propeller. Even with a couple chipped propellers, it still flies perfectly fine! Def get the fly more package for more battery life. I love how the charge also is a battery pack to charge other things. SUPER portable, love the case it is so nice as well. Youtube tutorial videos were super helpful to learn the basics before flying. Very happy with this purchase! Incredible and quick service as always. Though we weren't able to make any repairs to my dji mini 2 drone, the Geek Squad expert was able to reimburse me for the cost of the drone and was able to help me pick out another stellar upgrade with the Dji Mini 4 Pro. Naturally I bought another extended warranty with Geek Squad so I can have piece of mind with my purchase. This drones supposed to have collission avoidance with the sensors but if it still crashes, I know I'll be covered!

I do not go very often to Geek Squad but when I do they always make it easy and take my damaged equipment to try and help me fix my issue. Although it takes a while to get my equipment they have always either fixed it or refund my money so I can replace.

Amazing product, drone is super easy to fly although motion controller can be limiting at times. I have crashed this drone several times and it is still in perfect condition.

We bought the DJi mavic mini 2 and this protection plan was the best thing I ever purchased. My husband dunked it in water the day we got it. The next day I took it all back to best buy, they did a full refund and gave me a new one. On the chat I was told that the plan covers you the entire 2 years for any damage to either be fixed or replaced. Not just a one time thing... Idk how they're not losing money but it saved our butts!

Sadly, I had to use it, but I did not loose my investment.

At a cost that seemed a little pricey at the time, but ended up saving me $500 on a device that malfunctioned as they tend to do sometimes. This service will save you in times when you need it the most. If you're having second doubts, I'd recommend it

DJI has a damage protection plan also, it's cheaper and claims to replace your drone .. my same complaint with the Best Buy warranty is that it's secondary to the factory warranty .. why sell a warranty thats only good 2nd year onward .. fix it!

I wrecked my drone into a tree, called Best Buy that evening, and they got me in within 15 minutes of me calling and I was in and out in a jiffy!!!!! Literally a dream come true......not many businesses have customer service like the Best Buy on East Washington Street in Indianapolis!!!
