    So far, I haven't had any issues that fell within the warranty. That Geek Squad would be responsible for but on every occasion I've been in the store whether it was looking at an item or to specifically buy an item they were able to answer any and all questions to my satisfaction and having a degree in microelectronics and computers I look for people that are going to give me information that makes sense to me and not just tell me what they think I want to hear. Overall, very impressed with the Geek Squad

    Kinks in geek squad refurbishment

    I purchased the Android a25 in January. It was a geek squad refurbished phone. There are several kinks that aggravate and concern me. First of all the volume button intermittently appears on the screen while playing games and searching the web and turns itself up I had to go all the way into the settings to make the volume quit going up by itself and popping up on the screen also when the phone is asleep and it rings there is no way to answer it it doesn't turn on and it doesn't show you the phone app so that you can push the button also when powering down when I turn it back on it turns on to the DOS screen and forces me to do a system reboot.

    Better than purchasing a new phone

    I had a phone i bought w/o the protection plan and the phone quit on me. I had that phone only 43 days when it quit. The manufacturer warranty of course did not cover. So I bought the plan on this one and I'm happy I did. But of course they are replacing the phone but they mail the new one to you and you mail the old to them. Just give me a new phone (they had on in stock, you can check on line before you go to store) and they can mail back. Also the is a service we charge, just under $100. Still cheaper than purchasing a new phone. So 4 stars really 3-1/2 stars.

    tbh, i love this protection plan than anything else. I got such for my zflip 4 and let me tell you.. best decision ever! I had to send in my phone several times because of my phone and going to my local Best Buy to get it replaced within 2 days top is EVERYTHING. I got a whole replaced TWICE with a charge or deductible of $200.00 for each time. LIKEEEE literally so amazing.

    I was having a hard time deciding on what phone to get. I knew I needed a phone that was water resistent. I considered an Apple, although I am a Samsung loyal customer. Glad I stuck to my guns and got the Note 20 it has served me well and I love the camera. I am about to file a claim because it has been overly loved and I will update you soon on the ease of that process. Hoping that it will be smooth since I am doing it over my lunch break

    Squad team has the best along with their services

    My phone got permanently damaged the first time geek squad. Customer service was excellent and they replaced me with a new phone. The second time around my phone has dysfunction with cellular data. Geek squad team were able to troubleshoot my phone and got it back up and running right in front of my eyes with a few minutes.

    All that they offer is grand slam. It's best to read before you purchase so you'll know what is really offered. I purchased items but were not yet deliver because a Greek squad member said he didn't have time and unwilling to wait to comply. I was misinform on how to comply. But after UTUBE i completed disassebly, This conditions were not disclosed for prep nor doing sale when purchase haul away service. Purchase is schedule with payment made already, playfully a month later. We have a successful delivery.

    I purchased the coverage for my son's new phone I purchasedfor him to replace his broken old Samsung Galaxy. So far he hasn't needed it, but I had wished I had had it in the past

    I purchased a new unlocked Moto G 5G to use with Helium Mobile mapping. I have never set up a unlocked phone or any phone from scratch and purchased a Geek Squad protection plan as a backup. I have used Geek Squad with my computer and was more than satisficed. Geek Squad will always be my backup plan.

    Purchased this place just in case of unexpected accident, but have yet to use it. I have needed to use it for the past 30 days but the closest best buy store/location to me is over an hour away and they need me to come into store to show in person to verify identity before they can proceed with hopefully fixing my device. It's more difficult to find a way to somewhere of that distance when you don't have a vehicle/can't easily find transportation to get there and back... especially on limited income. I really hope it I go through all this hassle to get there, that they can fix my device same day or replace it or something because I won't be a happy customer if I purchased this plan for basically no reason and my phone can't be fixed without extra charges/cost.

    Samsung Support for my mobile phone

    The Geek Squad took my request and referred me to the instore Samsung representative. Nathanial has been outstanding and beyond what I ever expected. I have struggled for years to understand the connections between the various contacts sources and just where my devices are getting information that then becomes merged across my devices. Nathanial helped to sort out the last 20 years of information so that I can get the info on my phone in a useable, savable, retrievable manner. He also helped with storage issues... well beyond just selling me the phone. Now I know the questions to ask of the Geek Squad as I go forward.

    I have already had to use this protection plan and from the customer service on their website all the way to meeting with a geek squad guy in person the service was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They scheduled my in store appt. for me sent me multiple appt. reminders and even called after my chat online just to verify i had everything i needed taken care of. Then i went to my in store meeting where i was seen at my scheduled appt. time on the dot and was immediately provided with a brand new replacement overnighted to my house. Kudos to Best Buy and many thanks to the geek squad for making my claim very easy to go through.

    Geek squad service has always been ok in my book. I had to give it 4 stars because the last time I had issue the tech ordered the wrong part. This meant I had to wait another two weeks to get my tv repaired. Instead I went back to the store and the supervisor in charge of the tv department took care of me. Let me return the tv so I didn't have to wait two weeks. He was great.
