I got this for peace of mind but never needed it. I kind of wish there was at least a partial rebate policy if you never used it.

So far, so good. I haven't had to use the Geek Squad Protection & hope I don't need to, As with all insurance, you pay just in case something happens. With any luck you won't need it.

Had to use this once for a smashed cell phone and it worked seamlessly.

I bought this phone for my grandson for Christmas, it does everything that I need it to do for a 11 year old

Best Buys Geek Squad protection plans are the best. I wouldn't buy any electronic anywhere else because they've got great prices & great prices on there protection plans which covers so many things.

Since Verizon would not give me good tech support, I went with the Geek squad.

Should be great as this is on my husbands phone and he has camera issues a lot.
