I’m so glad I added the Geek Squad Protection Plan to my Meta Quest. I bought it a while ago, and when it recently stopped working, I assumed it had already been 2–3 years since the purchase. I was ready to buy a new one, but an associate offered to check my protection plan—and it turns out it was still covered! Since the damage was beyond repair, they processed a refund, and I was able to walk out with a brand-new Meta Quest the same day. I’ll definitely be adding the protection plan to all my future Best Buy purchases!

If you drop things easily, this is needed. Ive accidentally dropped mine 4 times since owning it because of my motor functions failing and this is a life saver. If you have motor issues or cant grasp things with your hands well, I do recommend spending the money to get this.

I love this VR, ive been addicted and cant stop playing, amazing quality, alot of games, smooth gaming and upgrading from the quest 2 is a lot of improvement. I recommend this whether you are a begginer or have experience on VR.

I got this just in case for one of my Meta products, and I definitely think it’s worth it. You never know when something might break, and accidents happen. I recommend getting it if you’re the type to worry about the “what ifs.”

Very nice coverage. However I purchased this for Rayban metas but BestBuy customer support allowed me to get a new pair of Rayban Metas. Highly recommend to purchase this protection as these glasses are fragile.

The warranty they offer is amazing I’m a otr truck driver made a purchase a little over 2 months ago and it stopped working I got home went to my local Best Buy walked in and they had my item delivered to my house the next day the whole Process took less then 5 minutes

I love having the protection plan because I can always go in to the Simi Valley store and get my electronics fixed. Never have to wait long, the geek squad seems very knowledgeable and is always professional and friendly

Won’t buy another product from BestBuy without geek squad protection! 40$ is way cheaper than a new monitor, 30$ is much cheaper for a 1000$gaming pc and you get to add a new protection plan to the new product

This is a good product brought for my husband but my 3 year old is taking it over and loves every min of it. He is enjoying life with this item thanks for this investment.

We've been wating a VR headset for awhile and it did not disappoint. The battery on the device runs oit kind of fast for us but it last for awhile with a thrid party battery attachment.
