They didn’t have the item I purchased anymore so they said they would send me an e card and I was okay with that but they didn’t even give me the value of the item. They came up with their own number. I wouldn’t get it unless it’s an item that doesn’t change out often.

It's always good to have protection on any electronic and their plans are a good way to go.

If you have kids who will likely destroy electronics by dropping them or the like- investing in this is a good idea and will save you money in long run
