the geek squad people are very knowledgeable and even though i have never had to get there services during the plan period i know id be in good hands if i ever needed them.

My phone developed some type of Glitch, I wasn't able to navigate around. Took it to the store, Geek Squard took it through a test, decided to replace it and port my important pictures and numbers. So helpful. Deceased my anxiety.

Used it once. . Purchase temporary replacement because of pandemic, however when the store reopen, they took the replacement and refunded me. The original new replacement came in the mail

Once I purchased an expensive camera. I made the mistake of not getting Geek Squad Protection. I dropped the camera and it broke within the year. I truly regretted not getting protection. Oh be wise, what can I say More?

The techs are good. But you pay insurance monthly and if you get a replacement you still come out of pocket way more than you want to.

Had to use this once for a smashed cell phone and it worked seamlessly.
