The installation went great! We needed the help and it was great to have the knowledge and physical help. Geek Squad agents came up with a great solution to install my stand when the legs were too short to go over my sound bar. They suggested using the ARC for sound and what a great suggestion! The sound is awesome through the sound bar and the remote controls the sound bar thanks to ARC!

I was one of those who never got Geek Squad because I figure whatever it was wouldn't break, and if it did the manufacturer would take care of it. Well, let me tell you, the reason manufacturers have limited warranties is because they know exactly how long their product will last normally, and they know exactly what will break. The focus of Geek Squad is satisfied customers who feel taken care of and will return. When you skip the GSP and your stuff breaks, don't blame anyone but yourself.

I always buy this with computers. I spend a lot of money on a computer and computers can quit working. NOT the fault of Best Buy. Things happen. Geek squad service plan isn't always something I need to use. But when I have used it the plan has saved me a lot of money on repairs. Best Buy does not manufacture their products and without this plan you need to rely on the good graces of the manufacturer's warranty service

I’ve always loved the warranty with bestbuy makes everything so much easier if for one reason or the other the items I purchase stop working out of the blue! I always make sure that anything I buy I buy the warranty because it just makes everything so much easier

I have used this TV for a month or more in the bedroom, I have no problems with it & I had compliments on the great picture. I have always loved LG for that reason, for I have tried many brands in my years & feel this is the best for a picture. I do agree Sony has the best color for pictures. It was stated this is a fill in for another return, it is slower to come on for pictures, but not that bad to not love the TV for the bedroom.

My sons calculator stopped working and they gave us a brand new one. No questions and no hassle. The calculator even was more expensive and we didn’t pay the difference. I usually never buy warranties but with a 14 year old and a $120+ calculator the $20 seemed like a good investment and it definitely paid off!

I’ve had the Geek Team help for mostly all my pc needs. Even when I try downloading from my phone and feel security issues are well met. They have gone out of their way to teach me with formulas to help create a financial spread sheet! YEP! Out of their way & patiently help Senior Citizens!

When I purchase any major items I usually get the Geek Squad protection. This is not usually a problem on times but have had to use it every now and again and at that point in time, its worth its weight in gold. Best Buy is very accommodating when it comes to their warranties and I dont know if its just the store I go to, but they always to seem to take care of me when the time comes for me to use this benefit. I would always recommend it on any major items of value.

My autistic son has a history of being hard on remotes, so when I bought him his first Fire Stick a little over 2 years ago, I got the replacement plan. I needed a new remote within the first year, no problem. Got the replacement Fire Stick with remote and liked the protection so well, I got it again, too. It did save me some money, for sure. My son, as he has grown older, is more careful with his possessions, but I still feel this is money well spent.

You need to review the circumstances where you will use your product, if you have children, pets, etc. if you are tipically clumpsy with tech products get the Geek squad warranty. its better than losing your hard earned money again and again.

Having Geek Squad has been a great relief for me, I am not electronic savy and can not set up any type of computer. Geek squad staff is very professional and knowledgeable.. Last year I bought in 3 separate devices that were all repaired at no cost. I love and will never be without Geek Squad Protective services.

The Geek Squad is always polite and helpful, listens to issues and tries to solve on the spot if possible, for a past printer, they took one look and said not fixable, but gave me a gift card on the spot for the orig purchase price to pick out something else to replace it. (ditched the ink jet and got a laser jet, though black and white only ink, the ink lasts a long time!)

I enjoy my Insigna Fire TV w/Full HD. It was super easy to install. With $20/mo xfinity wifi, a window antenna from best buy and Amazon Prime, I get lots of free local broadcast stations and streaming apps. Cheapest quality solution I could find.
