I would get the 2 year plan. I’ve had to return my headphone once before. Fully covered by geek squad replacement. Got a new set of headphones. Hassle free. Had a replacement plan at Target once. Had to go through a 3rd party. Don’t have that problem at Best Buy’s. That’s why I now buy all my electronics at Best Buy’s.

This is an absolute need. I find it to be more of a convenient than the phone insurance offered from any carrier. Please add this EVERY time you make a purchase especially if you"filed' a claim. I had to learn that the hard way. It is a cheaper alternative in replacement of your mobile device or other items.

I've gotten SO much use out of Best Buy protection plans over the years. They cover almost any issue, including accidental damage, and returns are quick and easy. A protection plan is a must have for any electronics purchase.

I like that it has a lifetime warranty I hope I won’t have to ever use it but it’s nice to know if you do crack or scratch that they will let you guys Best Buy will replace it so that’s good insurance and I do like that you don’t have to look for that you have to be looking directly at the screen for it to be seen

Thank goodness I bought this plan! I completely, forgot I purchases the plan, and even if I remembered I didn't think they would replace my Bose Ear Buds for accidental damage! Looking forward to my Geek Squad appointment this Sunday!

This service is great for any product you anticipate will need to be replaced within 2 years. Will also be great to have a new product right before the 2 years is up in case you are that type of person. You do also often get the option to buy a new service after a replacement which I recommend you do so.

The agent at geek squad are very professional I never have any issues with any of them. They really know what they are doing they well trained and they give great advice they always point people to the right direction. Geek squad been around for while now providing excellent service keep it up guys.

I love Geek squad replacement for headphone. I have a kiddo that very hard on her headphone. As long as they keep offering replacement plans for headphone I will keep buying them. I have taking two pairs back and they have replaced them. Thank you.

This protection is for my Bose headphones. This is my second set I have owned. The first ones were ruined by an unexpected wave while I was in the ocean. I didn't have the protection for those headphones and I regretted it. Never know when that wave will come up behind you!

I always get the geek squad protection plan. It reassures me that the item is protected. The geek squad will repair or most of time will replace protected damage item with a new item. If item is no longer available, it will replace it with current item or equivalent to the item.

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

Love the return/replacement policy, so nice that they keep the receipts and other info, so easy! The installation crew for my appliances made everything so easy. When my dishwasher broke the repair team fixed it in my house and educated me on how to care for it properly. Awesome!

Great for headphones. That you buy. Covers headphones for two years up two two times accidentally damage. You can also renew the geek squad accidental damage coverage as long as you have to the device. You bought with it. With that being said I highly recommend this.

I have not used geek squad service for my laptop yet but I hage purchased this in the past on other products and it is well worth it. You can call or go in to the store and they help with anything. They even helped my son set up and understand his new laptop for school.

What can you say about an extended warranty? I buy them on all of my expensive electronics. I have now collected on two of the warranties I have purchased which, while I have to buy another warranty on the replacement, has been greatly to my advantage.

I have purchased Geek Squad protection before and was happy that I did. I made the mistake of letting it expire. If you are investing large sum into a product, it will be worth the purchase. You never know when you will need it. Please understand the terms and conditions!
