Just people need understand its a one time use product so it not a 2yr or 4yr long protection it more a warranty you pay for incase your product gets damaged. Rather deal with company returns and warranty its through BestBuy which has been great service product.

Making at home iced lattes have saved me from going to coffee shops as this machine makes great tasting espresso shots. Comes with a double and single shot basket, dosing spoon/tamper and clean up is easy and simple. A must have for first time espresso machine users. Preset buttons allow you to make perfect single or double shots of espresso.
