I had JBL earbuds where the case would die after putting both earbuds into the case with only about four months of use. The protection plan allowed to get my money back in store credit to purchase new earbuds.

I keep a replacement plan, especially for my autistic daughter's headphones. She has to have them and her faves are at Best buy!

I liked the headphones there nice the only thing that I don’t like is I’m not sure how to access my warranty for the headphone

The warranty is amazing because I can bring it back at anytime for almost any reason. Definitely worth it.

The headphones are the best I have ever owned. The sound and quality is extremely great, along with adjustable base features. Pairing is easy and the app is great as well.

If you simply want to put essentially two subwoofers on your head, this is it. Perfect for hip hop and heavy bass listeners. Might be too overwhelming for some people but definitely the most bass from any headphones.

Great Bass and smooth sound. I love being able to adjust my sound based off the genre of music I'm listening to. A game changer!

Geek Squad went above and beyond to help me with my broken headphones. They were able to get me store credit for a replacement pair due to the type of issue the earbuds were having. Extremely nice and not a very long wait. 10/10

The battery life last me a week on a 30 minute charge and the sound quality is the best i’ve ever experienced. The noise cancellation is immense. Will continue to buy Sony. Was between these and the Airpod Maxes and these are much lighter and more comfortable

The headphones are great thay were a little uncomfortable at first but i got them to fit fine. The dummy cord is great to i use and never lose my headphones.

Great for everyday office work! My specific pair were defective, but took them back in to the store and the guys at Geek squad took care of me.

I just purchased the shop phone headset yesterday, (Wednesday, 11/23/23) I also purchased the warranty with it which I love to have. When I purchased my electronics today I purchased another laptop. I purchased all of my electronics from Best Buy.

This warranty has saved me a few times with headsets. Any headphones you get where the earpieces are small I would highly recommend
