    The ANC doesn’t work well at all

    Jabra 10 the ANC on these is very mediocre. Maximum volume is also very mediocre. The active elite 7 were fantastic until after almost 2 years the right ear bud went out. Don’t waste your money, the ANC IS TERRIBLE!

    Bought this product as a Xmas present for myself . Am on a fixed income and could not afford but I wanted to give myself something nice. After 4 months Head band section over right ear snapped off. Should not have bought , will not not do it again. .,should have not snapped off

    Sold me a broken product. Item was no longer available and refused to replace item. Forced me to return. Also called customer service and they left me on hold for an hour then they deliberately hung up on me refuse to connect me to a supervisor.

    Paid extra for the McLaren edition and got some cheap knock off. No orange rim, on ear instead of over, cheap plastic build, flimsy little case, and smells chemically. I thought I could trust Best Buy to have legit products

    I returned the prior model of the WH1000XM5 because of a minor defect and I REGRET IT. I had these for just long enough to be beyond the return period and they - randomly shut off (with and without a warning) -has issues connecting -takes longer to connect than last model -sometimes does not turn on -sometimes the touch functions do not work (no feedback)

    Its been about 1 year and the Battery on the left side started no lasting more the 20-30 min from 100% charge for $300 that i spent on these things thats ridiculous and wont be purchasing them again or recommending, i bought these from best buy as well

    they send me the used/open box product for me. Just imagine somebody else put thus inside of the ears and return it. They ship the same product to you. It is disgusting, isn’t it? I was asking for exchange, they wouldn’t do it. I will return this.

    I really don't like giving negative reviews, but this "accident protection plan" does not cover accidents. When you start excluding "accidents" as "accidents" then it doesn't cover "accidents" I'm not upset at any person I dealt with, I'm disappointed that in 2021 a company would sell an accidental protection plan and then deny you service when a 9 month old puppy accidentally gets ahold of a pair of headphones and chews them.. She's a puppy.. Accidents happen.. I THOUGHT this is why I bought the "accidental Protection plan" but this is $70.00 wasted because I am unable to get my headphones repaired or replaced now. Life happens, and this is why protection plans exists. I would like to believe that when life happens, the protection plan would cover it as long as its not a malicious act.

    Over the past several years, I have had repeated failures with this product, which I've been fortunate enough to have replaced via 2-year Geek Squad. Of the failures, most have involved the charging case, which simply goes from working fine to defectively inoperable.

    They sound amazing. I thought it was a fluke so didnt return them in the first 2 weeks. The right side loses battery power. Tgey sound amazing when they work. Fits also not that great.

    This 2 year warranty extension extends the warranty just long enough for the item you bought to no longer be available and no longer for sale in any of the stores across the country. So you either get a more expensive model and you have to cover the difference or a cheaper model that is cheaper and you get what you pay for instead of a good deal like I had with the original item. I would recommenced getting the warranty ONLY if the item you bought is guaranteed to be still on the shelf if you come back for replacement. Otherwise don't bother

    There were multiple problems with both of these headsets. The headphones continually disconnected got rid of them. Junk earbuds were not impressive at all many times one would just work even fully charged.

    Definitely not worth the money ! First if you chew gum while you workout they will fall out of your ears. If you happen to catch them before they land in the toilet ont the floor in the sauna or on the ground while biking then have to find them before a car runs them over. Sure you can push them in tighter to your ear, but you will turn them off, change the song, or have them tell you the time! They are going back to best buy today! Zero R and D!!!

    To big and bulky so doesn't fit in my ear right and constantly moves around and it does sound good when it actually fits but when trying to pause or skip tracks with pinch method constantly moves around and loses it fit.. bad design returning it and will try buds 3 pro hope they fit better since they have tips

    Very bad plan it was not accepted when I needed to use it. I had to go to apple and deal with them and it cost me more money because the extended warranty was not honored.
