Too heavy on the head. Loudness is not consistent with different music apps.

The sound quality and noise cancellation are excellent, but I personally don’t find these comfortable. They don’t stay in my ears during workouts and tend to fall out. After about two hours of wear, my ears start to hurt—not because of the sound, but from the fit itself. I wouldn’t buy them again.

It’s ok I just wish I would of known it don’t cover lost or stolen owns

The protection plan worked just fine, but we had a small issue with verifying the serial number to the product i purchased. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SERIAL NUMBER ON YOUR RECEIPT FOR THE PRODUCT, or you might run into the same issue i had. Luckily, the employees were understanding that my headphones had 3 different SN's and the wrong one was most likely scanned.

Headphones are not connecting via bluetooth. Tried hard rest but still doesnt work.

I bought a 2 year protection plan for a pair of Bose Sport Earbuds and had to use said protection plan just six.onths into the plan. Then come to find out that Best Buy no longer carries that particular style of earbuds , so i was forced to upgrade at an additional cost. Then i had to pay for a protection plan again even though i still had a year and a half tofo on the current plan. Someone explain why they didnt just continue my previous plan since the upgrade was just to replace an item that was no longer carried. It doesnt feel right at all. Its mot my fault that they warrantied something that they could no longer warranty. I feel taken advantage of by BEST BUY. WOULDNT YOU?

I love them for the gym. The foam around the speakers are not durable and the plastic that holds it is not strong enough it comes off and rips. I have used them daily for 5 months and I do love the bass

Straight to the point… Sound AWESOME! Functionality good….connecting IT IS POOR because it takes a few attempts to finally get connected…. And charging its POOR tried different charging systems too didn’t change NO CHARGE well on to try a different brand. Hope this review helps someone…Anyone

Good sound. But the shorter (than previous models) case is pretty close to an epic fail. The shorter height makes it harder to grip and open in low moisture environments, especially if your hands are cold and dry. I appreciate the desire to make the case take up less space but by shortening it, Jabra made the case harder to use, That is why I gave the case a zero.

They sound good but i had to return them because i lost the case

IT's nice but I think it should be little bit less. I am happy that I am covered for two years.

I'm sure the Geek Squad protection is still really good but it's too expensive. I bought my headphones from a competitor with a three year plan that was cheaper than the two year plan at Best Buy. When I tried to order a second pair from the competition, they were sold out. Luckily Best Buy had them, but I paid more total and got a shorter protection plan.

They are light weight and sounds good when they are on right but if the slide down you can’t really hear unless u crank it up or adjust them. Over all not worth the price

These headphone fit perfectly over my ears and are comfortable to wear. The battery last like forever it seems. Ive had them for 3 months and the power buttons is acting a little weird but once thats fixed it will be amazing

Not bad but for the money it would be nice to be able to conect to left or right not only right or both volume also could be better other than that batteries have great life span they fit comfortably

Everything was good. But this. I could still hear honking n people talking when i did noise canceling. So got the older one that work great. So i returned these ones

Bought protection plan for our new over the ear headphones. Have not used plan yet. If I do have to use plan I will update this review so everyone knows if the llan was easy to file

Purchased these being cheap and they serve the purpose. The audio is actually pretty good when listening to music, my only real complaint is the stupid wire thats always hanging. That is totally my fault, i picked them not wanting to spend more than $20 or $30 bucks for earphones. The battery is great i use them about 30-45 mins a day and charge them maybe once a week. I usually just leave them in a jacket pocket and forget about them until it beeps, even then it'll give you about an hours usage.
