got these for free with my Galaxy S20+, but MAN did these change my everyday life. These things are always in my pocket and make it stupid easy to keep one in during the day to listen to music, YT videos, or whatever you listen to. The ambient noise feature is also worlds better than any other pair I've tried, including over-ear headphones. My first pair had a static issue in one of the earbuds but I got them replaced for free by Samsung (go register them for the warranty IMMEDIATELY before you forget). Sound quality is fantasticly balanced too. Can't recommend these enough!

We haven’t had to use our extended geek squad warranty for this STARLINK - Standard Kit AX Tri Band Wi-Fi System - White but have purchased previously for a tv and had excellent service

The sound quality is well-balanced, with strong bass and clear mids and highs. The active noise cancellation works great, especially for blocking out background noise while commuting or working. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and have solid battery life, making them a great value for the price. Overall, a great product and a smooth store pickup experience at Best Buy. Highly recommend both!

An incredible choice to protect your electronics. My headphone cover came off unexpectedly a year or so in, and I was able to simply walk to the customer service desk and exchange for a new pair of headphones at the same price for no cost.

So far I haven’t had to use the protection but my friend has and he said the process was easy and simple. He had to exchange headphones as the left side gave out, the experience he had with Best Buy taking care of him made me want to purchase this protection for my headphones as well, couldn’t be happier

This is worth it for they will replace with accidental damage for my earbuds for 26 dollars for two year coverage

The Geek Squad is really amazing. I purchased the plan and had my laptop looked at bycthe Heek Squad because it was over heating. They did their thing and it wirks as good as new.

Worth every penny! Just purchased and I am super happy with them. I love sound core products. The portable case is small and compact to squeeze into smallest bags and purses. The buds fit perfectly in both ears and extremely comfortable. They don’t fall out the ear with movement and fit snug with multiple size options for ear tips. The sound is great as well!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Its better to be insured (geek squad) than to purchase the same equipment over and over again. It saves me lots of money for sure.

I usually get geek squad protection on my products I buy for my son. When I bought his ear buds I just wanted to be safe "just in case". Happy that nothing has happened but peace of mind over everything

For my recent purchase I havent had to use Geek Squad. I have used them for previous purchase they work diligent to get my tv and pad back to my. They are very friendly and helpful when asking questions for understanding.

I believe that if you have a device and are working near places where things might get damaged whether that be water, physical (as in drops, scratches, peices just randomly falling off). Its worth the extra addon to the price of the object.

You can't never go wrong with this. You will be worry free in case anything ever goes wrong with your product. Just take it in to the Geek squad and they will take it from there. If product can't be fixed, they will replace it for you.

Exceptional choice. My headphones broke within a year, and I walked into my local Best Buy and got a new pair of headphones at the same price at no cost as a replacement. Stellar service.

In my opinion BestBuy has the best protection plans out there. Just basing this on my personal experience and there could be something better. I haven’t seen it yet.
