Even better, when it was determined that the Roomba couldn't be repaired, they immediately issued me an in-store gift card for the full original purchase price. Had to use my Geek Squad warranty for my tv and that whole process was easy. Called it in, was easy. Technician came out and he was friendly and helpful. Whole warranty process was excellent.

I Love this vacuum, it’s my go to for everything who has time sweep and mop these days. And it cleans very well.. definitely recommend!

What I like is that it seems to do well with picking up a lot of dirt in my carpet. It also does a good job with extracting to water from the carpet. This cleaner does well with keeping the clean water warm. It very easy to use. What I don’t like is that the dirty water reservoir is small which means there are constant trips to empty the dirty water. It also seems to force you to empty the dirty water tank when the tank does not seem to be that full. Other than that all seems to be doing well so far.

So far the product is great and easy to use. I haven’t had to use the protection plan yet.
