This protection is the best, I brought a vacuum in and they gave me a giftcard for the full amount I paid for it to put towards a new vacuum!!!

240$ and you forced me into a storefront where they decide if they want to ship it off to "repair" it for a huge lead time. Or give you a gift card to replace. This is crazy to me when asurion with amazon I don't even have to talk to someone they don't care they HONOR the CHEAPER than you warranty and ship before they even send you the return label to give them the broken product. So I have no down time. So I am wodering why you are still on pre-covid policies and haven't yet adapted to this new market.

Geek squad is something I always recommend to to add as a protection to your products.

I’m sure this is great because I’ve used geek squad warranties before. I returned the vacuum I purchased a his plan for but it still deserves this 5 star rating.

I purchase a protection plan for my Bissell vacuum and it was a great buy it help me keep a peace of mind if the product breaks I know that it has a warranty.

can never go wrong when you purchase the extra protection because sometime accidents do happen and on the bright side - at least you will be covered.

I had the vacuum for some time and the hose for my portable carpet cleaner ended up splitting open. Best Buy immediately replaced the unit with a new one.

Batteries die pretty quick if it’s not charged constantly

Purchased this for my roomba and two years later it stopped working. Took to best buy and they checked it and gave me a gift card for a new one.
