    Save yourself money by buying a protection plan. You never know how long a product will last especially after manufactures warranty is up.

    The geek squad tried to say some dirt on the vacuum sent for repair was a bio hazard. I had to have a very stern conversation with the store manager. I had to have it professionally cleaned before they would look at it. Watch for this on repairs,they have even done the same thing on computers. I finally got money to buy another one. I just don’t trust the geek squad anymore.

    I had to replace my first Shark mopvac and with the warranty it was super easy to replace with a second new Shark wet mopvac.
