Geek Squad has been there for every broken controller, every microphone issue, and every pc part installation. No people are more helpful or more informative than Geek Squad! No matter what store I went to, each team helped me with what was best FOR me.

I have slogan I came up with. Well... I remixed that old one "Don't leave home without it". That's my slogan for the GeekSquad Protection Plan. "Don't leave BestBuy without it". Because I don't. Literally, cannot overstate this enough to anyone who will listen. Yes, the manufacturer's warranty is nice and everything. But generally speaking, they cover little to nothing. Also, good luck with the hassle of communicating and shipping the item with any kind of efficiency. By the time you finally get back your "warrantied" item, you've already found a replacement or bought newer tech. Now, if you are anything like me and you want customer service. Go with the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Please take 3 to 5 minutes and hear me out in this review. You walk in with your item. Some stores slap a sticker on the item as you walk in... Some just politely point you in the direction of their customer service section of the store. You wait in line for at the most 10 to 15 minutes as they push through there customers with the utmost care and efficiency. Seriously, I am a customer service stickler and they consistently hit the mark for me or impress in that department time and time again. You then proceed to bring your item to a generally very polite... very knowledgeable... BestBuy representative. They politely ask for some basic information and what went wrong with your item... Ratatattat on the keyboard... Thank you, sir or ma'am go ahead and find a replacement OR and this is the best part. OR they give you the option to choose another brand of your liking. Do you know how many times I've bought an electronic for it to just malfunction after less than 2 months or even worse 7 months and that manufacturer's warranty only covers... You guessed it ... 6 months. I swear, these manufacturers time the longevity of their product to die precisely after the warranty is over. I wouldn't advise buying the protection plan on every single product as there are some products with a decent manufacturers warranty. But, take a second and think about buying this far better protection plan that covers EVERYTHING. Not only does it cover your product, but will replace it immediately when you return it... No questions asked. All in all, to be completely honest, the GeekSquad Protection Plan on top of the outstanding customer service is why I continue to purchase my electronic products through BestBuy and will continue to do so. I applaud both companies and thank any representative that I come across while shopping there. Thanks again and keep up the good work... You've got a lifetime customer in me.

It comes already partially charged . It has 5 functions for the light. If you use it on highest setting the battery will last about 5 hours. Very durable and has a 5 year warranty on it.

Pro controllers are notorious for their lack of durability. After experiencing this issue over my gaming career, I was adamant on purchasing Geek Squad’s protection. Provided is a snip of the actual max specs in wireless mode. This is by far the highest quality wireless headset I have ever had. It feels as good as it looks. A bit of a comfort adjustment for me coming off of a Void Pro but after a day or so of break in time for the pads Im pretty happy.

Geek Squad has saved us a ridiculous amount of money over the years, from appliances to TVs.

Great keyboard, the UI for the keyboard is amazing you can pick a color for each key individually, all the options are amazing, it clicks very loud, but eventually you get use to it, if you go from a flat laptop to this keyboard it’ll feel weird but you’ll get use to it.

The services offered are always efficient and well done. No questions asked. Except maybe why i threw my xbox out the window... But yea.... Do we ever have a valid reason for that?
