Amazing addition to my purchase! Great help and support

The Geek Squad installed a TV...hung it on the wall, adjusted and taught us to use it. Great help. They also set up a treadmill with a digital online screen with workout programs AND showed us how to use that. These folks know what they re doing.

Must have service. Better than the customer service. It will save you a lot of hassle

It good to have an extra protection for all your devices and they will fix it or replace it without having to go thru a lot of questions

The Geek Squad was helpful, kind, understanding; but in my case, just this once, they didn't quite get it right. You CAN put Webroot on a Kindle device. Having said that, this didn't deter me from renewing my Geek Squad subscription!

My Fuji x100v was damaged during a trip and this warranty was excellent. They sent it out attempting to fix it and wasn’t able to however they credited me the whole cost of the camera

We love Best Buy’s protection! Worth it when you have kids! We hope we won’t need it but if we do we know we will be taken care of.

I had a good experience in the past where my camera was completely replaced after it got water in the lens. For this reason I made sure to buy my new camera through Best Buy so I could also purchase the protection. With my current camera, grit had infiltrated into the focus ring but I had no troubles with dropping my camera off for cleaning.

Geek squad is some of the best insurance that there is. If you worry about breaking products or you’re gifting to someone rough it is totally worth the extra money. This will totally replace it if something goes wrong.

we bought a sony rx100 open box from best buy, and the camera came in excellent condition, but knowing that we can take a few spills and tumbles and be covered is a great feeling that is liberating and i think will allow us to get better shots and be more adventurous. the peace of mind knowing we're covered for accidental is definitely worth its weight in salt

I always recommend getting the extra insurance cuz if you have any problems they don't ask any questions they just give you a brand new one it's very smart to get it because electronics do break even the most expensive ones and best build ones

My Cannon camera 's zoom lens quit after about 2 1/2 years. I had no problem returning the camera for repairs. It did take a long time 4-5 weeks ( as I remember) to hear back from them. The camera had been recalled. They gave me a full refund of the camera price. Since Cannon recalled the camera it would have been nice if they would have refunded the protection cost as well. Guess that would have been expecting to much. Still if you use the camera as much as I do getting the protection is a great idea. I bought it again on my replacement Cannon SX60

Almost 2 years and still work perfectly, the zoom is so amazing, if you picture the moon you’ll see it craters very clear
