We have used the geek squad replacement quite a bit in my house and has saved use from a lot of money with 4 kids and a husband things happen so very useful when needed.

You can't go wrong when purchasing the replacement plan from geek squad it saves me a ton of money I have a gamer household to maintain LOL

I sure hope I never have to use this, but it's good back up. Hopefully I'll never have to use it, but if I don't, I hope Best Buy doesn't screw me over and not replace my TV for me if it does go out.

I found this to be invaluable!!!! My grandson complained that he was having issues with his controller. I brought it back to Best Buy and they immediately ordered another to be sent to the house. (They didn’t have a matching controller in stock). I purchased geek squad for the replacement as well.

This Xbox remote changed my life I had stayed in a room locked in my mental prison Once this green savior popped up. I became invincible. Foes feared me Gamers wanted to be me. I recommend it Yoshi

Never been a buyer of warranties. I did get it this time for my PS5 Dual Sense controller. My first started to drift after 7 months. I’m sure my new one well at some point within the 2 years if warranty coverage. Getting a new one for the $20 warranty price will be much better than another $70.

I love Geek Squad! I have used them for years, and adding a protection to a play station controller is worth the money!

i’m pretty sure this is a warranty. who doesn’t want there stuff protected?? especially expensive electronics. should always extend warranties on products because most manufacturers only put 1-2 year limited warranties.

Provides a feeling of safety knowing if anything goes wrong I will be able to replace it or fix using this service. The store associates are helpful, understanding and very kind.

I personally feel the purchase of the 2-year protection would depend on the item you brought. If it is a phone or a TV then I would say buy a higher-year protection for high price items.

Warranty has been great so far. Everytime I have to go get help with an appliance, they have been a really great help.
