Can’t go wrong with a deal like this. 20 bucks covers 2 years of literally anything happening to your head set. (Except if stolen or lost). My son breaks things like his life depends on it and this plan helps me cover this headset.

Supposedly they replace your stuff if it breaks. Haven't had stuff break yet.

I have not had to use Geek Squad yet, but it is good to know that I have them available when needed.

I bought this service "just in case" but luckily the product was fine. I have asked the Geek Squad questions about my product in the store and they gave me lots of help and very good advise. Gload I had this service available.

Its pretty hit or miss with the geek squad. They know a ton and can help but cost wise its a bit much. If you have the warranty for the item that always helps but i had a problem with my pc and they wanted to charge over $300 to look at it and keep it over night. I ended up looking it up on youtube and fixed the problem.

There’s nothing better than the feeling of knowing you are secure no matter what oopsie life throws at you with your technology.

Works great, as made, unfortunately original just went bad and Sony replacement warranty is a pain in the but to use for replacement, so buy Best Buy warrantee.

If you get a product at Best Buy it’s always a good idea to get a replacement plan you’ll have to deal with the manufacturer sending it back having to pay for a box in the hassle of wasting your time when you can just bring it right to the store

When you dont get it you need it. Always get it. What could it hurt. Other than your pockets in the long run, because you have 2 buy it again.

I place bestbuy warranty on everything that i buy from them. I have kids, thus things tend to get broken. Bestbuy's policy on returning broken or malfunctioning items is much better than any electronic store that i purchased things from.
