I always buy extra warranty on high ticket prices. You never know when you might need it. Some quality for items don't always hold up. Best Buy is great at making sure you get your replacement for your item or make sure they come out and fix it fast.

I’m glad I bought the warranty because it did come in handy when I dropped it a few times. It’s worth getting it incase it breaks or stops working.

Some may question purchasing a warranty but to me when you make an investment in an item that is going to get plenty of use, an extended warranty is a small price to pay for peace of mind.

I purchase the accidental replacement every time I purchase something from Best Buy. Sometimes I never have to use the protection plan, but there are times when I needed to use it. I feel good knowing my product is covered for 2 years with a free replacememt.

Listen I buy all my electronics from Best Buy even my cell phone and I always get the protection plan Best Buy offers one of the best protection plans out there point-blank hassle-free no problems at all when it comes time to warranty something that's broken

Everytime I had a question or concern it was answered. It's nice to be able to just go into the store and get my items exchanged or repaired.

The controllers are still better than any third-party options I’ve purchased over the last several years. Best Buy making things easier on exchanges and the like just make them a prime consideration for all future endeavors, especially the protection plan when wear and tear sets in.

I was happy I added this to my headset because they were good for almost 3 years.

Worth it just for the peace of mind not to mention Incase a item brakes you can get a new one just will need to buy a new warranty
