Although this service feels like more money, it also became an investment. After purchasing your item with the service you are then able to get it replaced if it breaks or just replace altogether within two years.

Geek squad is awesome and helpful. They assist me everytime I go to their store! Really great people and fun to be around even at BestBuy!

I love the geek squad service I have had protection on my headset for a couple years now and anytime there’s a problem I can take it back and get a new one no extra charge. I would recommend getting this if you buy an expensive item

Good peace of mind. I was purchasing 4 xbox series x controllers for HTPC and now don't have to worry if one somehow gets destroyed as it'll get replaced easily. $20 to cover $240+ of equipment for 2 years is fine by me.

Worked great had a faulty problem with the item and had the coverage and boom they replace it no problem.

Great service to have on your devices. I've had to use this twice (for 2 separate devices) & the process of getting my items replaced was quick & easy. Well worth it & definitely better than having to outright buy another device.

Need the coverage to make sure your keep our replace your purchases.

I highly suggest getting the added GSP especially now these guys and gals at Best Buy always have your back I been shopping here over 20 years for this reason only they respect and want to help the customer

Super helpful, I just needed to see if I can fix my controller, I know, stupid. But they were super nice and I was able to fix it :)

Controller broke and they replaced it for me with a brand new one no questions asked.

A must have add on for consoles, tvs, and controllers. Makes replacing them super easy and affordable.

I just love Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plan. I never have a hassle when needing to return something. I don't even have to have the receipt. They just look-up my phone number and find everything they need.

best warranty out there, it not only covers everything, it's easy!! bring your item to the store and let them do the rest!

I honestly recommend Geek Squad Protection on mostly everything. Specially things that will get daily use and/or could be worn and torn through regular use or suffer from any sort of power surges.
