Usually costs a bit more then I would like, but can be very useful if you have problems. I tend too buy this on delicate items or not new in box items. Was very helpful on fridge I got that had issues. They took care of me nicely

I have owned 3 sets of these over the years and biggest issue is the weak plastic around the earpiece area; breaks after a lot of use, set down too hard or drops less than a foot on carpet. Warranty is worth it. Sound is superior.!

The service I had was great and speedy the interaction was great and made me feel comfortable.

I've not used the service yet, but it's comforting to know they have my back in case it breaks.

Money well spent just keeping it short and yeah always get warranty on any item over 100 dollars

Geek squad policy is great and if repairs cant happen they will give you the purchased value of your item to put towards a new one.

Definitely needed this for my PS5 Controller bc I had to buy a new one bc of the stick drift no bueno

It’s a warranty you might need. Maybe not but better safe than sorry for those big expensive purchases. Always hassle free when I do have to exchange a defective product.

Geek squat is the best. The fact that they have a division that guarantees this service baffles me.

I have had to use this warrantee service many times for the cheaply constructed items mostly imported from China and have absolutely gotten my moneys value for purchasing this product.

I don’t usually buy this but i go through Xbox controllers frequently and this will more than pay for itself when my new controller fails. I have to buy a new one at least every six months.
