I'm indifferent I've never done the protection plan and I've never needed to use it before but with how much vibration and feedback there are in the controller I figured it was worth getting.

Worth it because you never know what could happen I used it on headphones that stopped working for no reason after a year.

The geek squad replacement is awesome I purchased some headphones for my son about six months before Christmas and they stop working so I returned the product and got something instead the process was extremely easy.

the best thing you will ever buy , true warranty with no question ask unless they got to fix it. but the great part its always in store no third party love this warranty only buy it at best buy

Good to have just in case specially when your spending money on electronics . Most of the time you don't need it but its good to have it just incase specially on more expensive items

I never get anything without a protection plan it is a must have for electronics.
