Had to use my Geek Squad warranty for my tv and that whole process was easy. Called it in, was easy. Technician came out and he was friendly and helpful. Whole warranty process was excellent.

I cannot recommend the Geek Squad 2-Year Accidental Protection Plan enough! About a month before our plan expired, my 9-year-old's PS5 controller suddenly stopped working. I scheduled an appointment online the same day, and the process couldn’t have been easier. To my surprise, Geek Squad didn’t just replace the controller—they replaced the entire PS5 console along with it! We walked out with a brand-new system and controller on the very same day. The entire experience was stress-free, simple, and so convenient. This protection plan is worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it again for future electronics!

Geek squad is peak masculinity at its finest. Top of the mountain is experience. Come down with a full on man beard. These dudes don’t play — and neither will you once you have experienced…the geek squad— whoa!!
