So, my kid accidentally spilled a drink on his xbox one. I called and they said, bring it in, and you will get a replacement right away. My husband was sent home with the same broken xbox with unclear reason. They didnt have in stock and their system was down. Next, I called again was told no problem, a replacement would be ready. I went and was told by the unfriendly cust serv lady that it has to be sent out. May not even be covered. She seemed to be negative about me wanting to replace it. After about 2 hours, talking to manager, it was replaced just as they told me over the phone. What i got out of it, the people at the cedar hill, tx location are poorly trained on the warranties. It seemed the computer was telling them the options available so I wondered why they were telling me things before putting it thru, even the manager. They will give you a refurbished item replacement if they have one, if they dont have one, you will get a new one. In some instances they do send it out to get fixed and you will have to wait. Big, giant hassle, but was worth the replacement. I do not like buying a warranty and then being hassled and treated like i did something wrong for using it!!! I will say in the past it has not been such a hassle but the last 2 times i went, got the same unfriendly cust serv lady, and she makes it a hassle.

It ran fine, download speed was acceptable given my wifi speed, graphics were good, somewhat manageable from phone, the inly problem was that after a bit, it stopped working, also, when buying make sure to have a good, open soace to place, as it needs hood ventilation

Works great I love the option of having it on Wi-Fi or hardwired. Great amount of storage my son really loves it.

Ive stated many times warranties are worth it for peace of mind. Younger generations are used to electronics being solid and not failing often. Thats a good thing and is a plus to technology feats. That said if you buy an expensive item you cant easily replace if you dont buy an extended warranty you will be upset if the item fails. Ive learned the hardway on multie occasions. Anytime Im paying over $500 for any electronic item Im buying a warranty.

The two geek squad protection plan gives me ease of mind when gaming. If anything ever happens you just call the number and they will send an expert out to diagnose and fix your problem. It's a must have for true gamers.

When it comes to game consoles we must have the accidental Geek Squad protection. We've always used a protection plan with BestBuy products, and have never been disapointed with the service, or replacement of our purchases.

Never owned an Xbox before so i decided to try the new series x and im impressed! Definitely get the game pass lol. Owned this unit for a year now and no issues.

I'm a big fan of the console version of the game Neverwinter which I used to play on the original Xbox One. Unfortunately, the game ran less than optimal on the previous system, even long before the next generation of systems had been released. Now since upgrading to the Series S, I have been able to play lag free and with fastwr load times. I look forward to upgrading to the Series X as more games I want to comw out.

I've enjoyed my xbox except that I can't play my tank game until my ethernet cable is attached.

Getting the geek squad protection is super good if your controller breaks because they will replace it quite fast,i broke my controller and they give me an option if I wanted to pick it up at the store or or if I would like it to be delivered.
