The warranty they offer is amazing I’m a otr truck driver made a purchase a little over 2 months ago and it stopped working I got home went to my local Best Buy walked in and they had my item delivered to my house the next day the whole Process took less then 5 minutes

I love this VR, ive been addicted and cant stop playing, amazing quality, alot of games, smooth gaming and upgrading from the quest 2 is a lot of improvement. I recommend this whether you are a begginer or have experience on VR.

Very nice coverage. However I purchased this for Rayban metas but BestBuy customer support allowed me to get a new pair of Rayban Metas. Highly recommend to purchase this protection as these glasses are fragile.

Haven't had to use it yet thankfully, but glad I got it for such a pricey item.

Buy Geek Squad for all your electronics! Great no hassle fix or replacement of you items! Cost couple dollars extra however it saves you in the long run!!

I love having the protection plan because I can always go in to the Simi Valley store and get my electronics fixed. Never have to wait long, the geek squad seems very knowledgeable and is always professional and friendly

I bought it for my son and he loves it. He had the previous one and since this was a great Buy, I decided to get it for him. He's told me the graphics and animation and everything is much better than the original.

My family is obsessed with our new VR. The quality is stellar, so many different games to choose from and it feels like we are really in the game!

Won’t buy another product from BestBuy without geek squad protection! 40$ is way cheaper than a new monitor, 30$ is much cheaper for a 1000$gaming pc and you get to add a new protection plan to the new product

I had to use the 2 year protection plan in my first pair of Ray Ban meta Glasses…. When they had exactly 1 month of use. It was very easy and quick to use the waranty and get a new pair, but I got very dissapointed to know that the warranty will be void after the first use, so those 23 months left are just lost. I did get the 2 yesr protection plan again, and now I’ve paid almost half my glasses’ worth in warranties. Double-edged sword.

I love them. I have talked a couple friends into getting them for their husbands for Christmas presents. I didn’t realize how much I’d like them until I bought them. Definitely great to have while on vacation.

My Grandson got this Meta 3 for Christmas and it is more amazing thank the original one I purchased. Upgraded for Christmas. Enjoying my new purchase. Thank you God for your many gifts.

I would recommend the Geek Squad Protection to anyone who purchase the Meta Glasses. I da.aged my Meta Glasses and the Geek Sqaud Protection took care of it.

Purchased to go with and be used if need be for a chirstmas present to our son. Having this item gives me a piece of mind. Knowing if something goes wrong there is help and coverage.

We've been wating a VR headset for awhile and it did not disappoint. The battery on the device runs oit kind of fast for us but it last for awhile with a thrid party battery attachment.

This is a good product brought for my husband but my 3 year old is taking it over and loves every min of it. He is enjoying life with this item thanks for this investment.
