    I had problems with my laptop and the geek squad was very helpful and they had my laptop ready in a few hours, when I picked it up they told me what was the issue and gave me instructions on what to do.

    If you think you don't need it, you do. Life got the last oculus water damaged... was a headache until I remembered I had bought the accidental damage protection and geek squad was super helpful with replacing it!

    MUST!! You need to get this esp if you have kids. THEY WILL BREAK their device! I've used this a time or two on various things already and it has saved me A LOT OF MONEY!
