Working specifically with Shawn the manager was a great experience. He took the time to work specifically with my device after having issues after being returned from being sent off and not being fixed. He ended up taking care of our situation and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. He was knowledgeable about electonics and even researched our specific issue to try and fix our device right there at the counter. I was very impressed with his work ethic, personality and managerial skills. Very impressed and satisfied.

Glad I purchased this..I’m very happy with this warranty and I’m located near the GlenBurnie MD bestbuy and I took my product in there and the manager helped me out allot.When you spending up to $300-$1000 on an electronic you should make sure your covered to feel comfortable for a year.I purchased it for my LG tv and Rog Ally and for $3000 just with 2 products you already know $120 to make sure I’m good for a year was worth it.You might not even need geeksquad,Depending on issue the bestbuy manager can help also in store with product.I buy allot of electronics and as a experienced customer of the warranty I’m recommending you purchase this if your spending your money already.
