    Will not purchase any electronics from Best Buy without purchasing the accidental damage protection plan. They have saved me a few times over the years.

    I was only able to use this service briefly in person because in store help for my new iPad and new Mac was discontinued and with hearing issues it is difficult to get help over the phone.

    1st time ever used and it paid off. The first sets we bought broke in a year and I walked in and swapped them for new a new set. Awesome!
