DO NOT add this to your cell phone if you need a protection plan. I would give it 0 stars if I could. We were told many times by Best Buy that their deduction is lower than anyone else in town and would only be $50 if we ever needed our phone fixed. As opposed to Verizon who charges upward of $150. Well now that I need help getting something fixed on my phone guess what!! There isn't a $50 deduction it is now $200 to fix a phone. I am not exactly sure what we have been paying for with the protection plan? Now I am trying to cancel it and now no one seems to know how to and they want 30 days to have the refund post to my account. I will NEVER add another Geek Squad Plan to my phone. If you have an iPhone get APPLE CARE.

Had issues transferring pictures from old phone and took it in for support. Two Geeksquad employees helped us to get all the pictures transfer and showed us how to do it. Very helpful.

make sure you know what is covered and what isn't. also make sure you know how they do repair/replacements. compare coverage and cost to your cell providers insurance.

The Geek Squad is a great group to resolve problems and add protection for my hi tech products.

absolutley rediculous, have sent me 4 broken phones in a row, been dealing with the same claim for 4 months and have been hung up on numerous times by customer service, will be cancelling my account
