Great resolution on the camera but the overall operating system is a bit dated. The updating the firmware can also be a hassle at times, the camera wont function the same when it needs updating. The app is buggy at times and start up tends to freeze when powering up sometimes.

Some aspects work and some don't.. I am pretty sure that I can replace within the 2 years but I can't get my $$$ back..

I hope dont need to use it. My current experience with the such Geek Squad overall is pathetic and far from satisfying. My PC is in transit since Nov 3rd when was shipped from California. Over a month after haven't arrived at my location in Thunderbird Store, Phoenix, AZ. Awful.

I bought the camera, guy plugged it in, gave me dome-one elses receipt, i bought ins but have no proof of purchase no instructions for use in box..very dissapointed..i am 70 yrs old..they should have been more helpful.

We use to always get geek squad protection on everything we bought. I'm started to rethink this policy since last time I was told my warrantied item they didn't have the part for. Seems that that should be up to them to fix not me out of luck. I still think for major purchases it's better to be safe than sorry.

If you buy an apple product do the apple care! Dealing with geek squad on a return is not the best experience

Never want something to break however they replaced the item with a gift card when it was unfixable.

i have never had to use my accidental geek squad protection plan. so I have no idea if it is worth it or not

The omelet maker works well and use it often. It makes guci komlets in a few minutes, not to hard to clean either.

I didn't like it was not as i was expecting that is why I had to return it.

Also got the geek squad service to go with it. Unfortunately I didn’t use it.

This wasn't what we were told it would be. It doesn't cover some items as we were told.

I give 3 stars only because the product we purchased (Garmin GPS) hasn't broken and we haven't had a need to use the protection.

I don't expect to use the extended warranty, so I can't really review it.

Important Notice: Since the release of Apple's IOS 18, there have been numerous reports about a black screen while attempting to view Live View, and Recorded Video. Thanks Apple! The quick fix was to disable the cellular under the Dash Cam Link app. Unfortunately, this fix did not work for me. I purchased my Thinkware Q200 back in December 2024, and had to wait for the weather to break before I began to remove plastic trim parts for installation. The Front Camera: Installation was easy, however being that the lens is not centered on this camera, centering was an issue. My former Garmin Car Cam was vertical in design so centering was much easier, and precise. Wiring Front: Temporarily, I ran a line from the cameras to the 12v power outlet. I wanted to be certain that both cameras function, and that there weren't any issues with the cables. I then made the installation more permanent. I routed the wire from the camera, along the head liner, down the passenger side pillar to the fuse box. The back camera: Installation was a breeze. Centering was not an issue. Remember, do not install this camera adhesive over the rear defroster grid. Wiring Back: I routed along the head liner, down the back pillar, below the backseat, along the floor board, up the driver's side pillar, to the headliner, and than to the camera. I had plenty of cable, why not utilizing it all. I still ended up having to coil up thirteen inches of cable. Like most car cam software, it is finicky. Issue with accessing WIFI, CarPlay interference, When attempting to view anything on the app, I turn off my head unit. Patience is a virtue. Trust Me! When I began to view my video footage, I notice a problem, windshield/ back window glare. I see reflections of my front dash and back deck. Some manufacturers offer an addition lens to minimize this problem. However, Thinkware does not. On a happier note, I do not see any failed recordings. I am curious as to why this cam formats in exFAT, as opposed to NTFS?

Have use the Geek Squad Protection on other products, bought at Best Buy.
