In the last 10 years, I’ve been through five different dashboard cameras. I kept the Geek Squad warranty on two of them. What was interesting, is that as the warranty expired the dash just died. Bummer! Since this one is on the company vehicle, I really wanted to have a peace of mind. If it dies, I hope I can replace it.

It got me to the right place without a problem...volunme was a little low for me since i am hard of hearing and I have an old car(21 yrs old) so road noise is a little bit of a problem...but it is a good product

Great product, worth the purchase. Ease of use, and directions are clear and concise, only wish the rear cam had a removable adhesive for the even of the need to transfer to another vehicle.

I purchased a protection plan with this gps for several reasons. First an foremost i need some reassurance that if a problem with this product should take place that i am covered in a replacment or repair situation. Next it give me peace of mind for future purchase knowing i am well taken care of with best buy backing me up if an accident should occur. All in all, it is always a smart decision to obtain protection coverage for any thing u buy because you never know when an where damage to it will take place.

I hope I never have to use this service but I'd rather have it than not

Awesome product great deals and convinent location

This GPS is great; my first one however after a few days couldn't detect the traffic cord attached and therefore commuting from work was gettingn a little tricky. Returned it to the West Hartford, CT store and they were great! No hassle exchange; this one wasn't available in the store, so they expedited it to my house and this second one is excellent!

Provides peace of mind when behind the wheel. Makes a great gift with great features and quality. Recommend to anyone searching for a dash cam! Video quality is superb.

It is an accidental protection plan so there isn't that much to say about it. I have had to use them in the past and it has always been very easy to use.

The Geek Squad protection 3-year is a very good warranty to have. I have purchased this warranty many times. I would definitely recommend it.

Useful GPS. Clear display. Difficult to connect bluetooth to phone/music. Sometimes does not comprehend verbal commands.

I purchased this protection plan for my GPS so that I don't have to worry about any issue(s) which might occur in the future. The GPS is working excellent now, and I trust best buy to help me fix it if any issue occur with the GPS in future.

I recommend geek squad for anyone making a large electronic purchase. You may think I’ll never need it, but when you do you will be glad you got it.

It’s easy to make an appointment. I have one Today that I made Tuesday. The online people were very helpful

So far Best Buy has been pretty good standing behind their warranty The only part I don't like is that they expect you to rebuy a warranty a full price if you happen to return it before your current warranty is up.

Definitely feeling more secure when you have a dashcam that captures everything.
