Taking my cellphone android to fix my cracked screen

Easy process to set up account. Service dept was very helpful & friendly. Feel better knowing my phone is protected.

In my opinion i believe that this is a must have if you like extra protection without having to worry.

I thought it was 2 years, maybe I'm mistaken. If it's 1 it's pretty expensive. I just wanted some coverage for my phone. I'll have to dig out the receipt and check now.

I normally don't buy service plans due to the reliability of modern technology. But a lot can happen with an expensive palm-sized device besides component failure. With the cost of repairs being so high I consider this level of protection a good value.

Got this for my son's cell phone. This is his first phone so i wanted the security of having accident protection. It's a bit pricey but cheaper than replacing a phone. If it was cheaper I would get it for more phones.

Haven't had to use it yet but it's good to have. Was disappointed I wasn't informed that there is a tech plan for the software which is $200 extra

I prefer buying my phones and protection plans through Best Buy. Their protection plans seem to cover more than what I would get through Verizon and at a better price. I like that I can pay for 2 years in one payment and receive a discount.

Geek Squad Proctection, monthly. For iPhone. Provides a secure feeling knowing I have this coverage on my phone.

I didn't have any problems with Geek Squad. I hope for a next time to buy it for two years instead of one year.

Geek Squad is my go-to when I need computer assistance. The protection plan is well-worth the $ expended. I can contact them thru chat or bring in my computer for hands on assistance if that fails. My Surface has benefited from their continued expertise.

Decent protection. Bought it for a new Motorola phone. Phone stopped working and got cash towards a new phone. Problem is it didn't cover the cost the new comparable phone.
