Protection covered replacement for water damaged phone but over $80 dollars to ship replacement. Was not allowed option for slower shipping or pickup at store. Still saved overall compared to buying a brand new phone, but shipping cost was excessive.

I really like the extra protection & security of having the 2 yr geek squad protection.

Geek squad service is excellent service because of that when I bought a phone I add protection plan.

The service is good, think it's a little pricey. But, if you ever need to repair or replace your item, it will be taken care of.

They helped me in what I wanted. I asked everything about the phone and they were very knowledgeable about it.

I always try to get a protection plan on electronics that I purchase. Especially anything that I have on me daily. One drop could do some damage and it cushions my wallet in the long run.

This geek squad is useful if purchased as it covers any damage to the product, its little expensive tho to spend those bucks every month.
