This protection plan is good idea because you just paid once a year and all your products are protected.

Bought it for my son's phone. He has gone through 3 phones in the last year, so it was a no brainer

I have the Geek Squad for my phone and like the peace of mind that my phone is covered by this plan.

It’s in the works. Have not used Geek Squad yet. I am giving 5 stars based on the Geek Squad knowledge and care given when I asked them several questions about their service for certain items.

Since I purchased a renewed phone which does not come with a warranty. I think the Geek Squad 2-year warranty is was a great way to go to guarantee some protection for my phone.

How can I rate a protection plan when I never had to use it?

The 2 year purchased plan I got at best buy has been used a few times and this plan is a must have especially on expensive devices.

It's best to always have insurance for accidents. My kids always find ways to crack phone screens.

I used to get this more often but not as much recently, I always been a person to do everything by myself just because I feel more comfortable and knowing what I can do, but it is great especially for Elder people just because they can't get in the stuff areas and they're always there to help, if you ever go inside the Best Buy building you might have a little weight if everyone else is using it that's the only CON that I really noticed

I usually don't get protection plans. However whenever I purchase something at best buy I get the geek squad protection plan. So easy to just walk into a best buy and they help you with no hassle.

Its good to have insurance on your phone , If you break or lost you save money if you have the insurance .

Good product for the price I recommend to anybody in a budget range

I am happy with having a monthly plan cause if I break my device I know they have my back. The benifit as well if I decide to sell early I can cancel it anytime knowing I won't lose money in the future.

Geek squad is great. I have used them before when I damaged my phone. They have me a free replacement!

I'm happy so far. It works great. I got notice its changing to mail off product instead of store replacement. If this is changing. It should only be for upcoming purchases not past purchases.
