Totally worth it Cheaper than my carriers insurance and with Shawn and the team you dont have to worry about service ratings theyve got you and they are trustworthy.

Geek squad is my phone insurance and I can't complain for the service

My 2-year warranty was honored right away. My phone was replaced and the tech personnel transferred all phone contacts and photos to my replacement phone. Great Service.

You can never go wrong with Geek Squad. I've never had an issue with getting anything I've ever purchased and insured with Best Buy.

I paid an extra $200 for in store free replacement but when I crack the screen it was not in store free replacement I had to pay an extra $200 plus they shipped the phone off and I had to wait two three days to get in their phone

You just never know when your technology needs protection! Better to be safe than sorry, so invest in it now. The extra money upfront is worth it later.

Plan and. Payments in insurance say this. Coverage under your Plan will continue and you authorize Best Buy to charge your credit or debit card. But I can't use a debit card to update payment info it needs to be a credit card! Why? They say there willing. To wait while my credit card comes in the mail. Since it was stolen Still its Frustrating .

Although rare, my interaction with the Geek Squad warranty service has always been positive with a clear effort to provide a positive customer experience.

Great purchase if anyrhing happens to my phone its protecred so now i would only have to pay 200 dollars instead if the price of a new phone

Whenever you get a new phone or tv I definitely recommend getting the Geek Squad insurance plan. It's totally worth it.

I never needed to use their services for the particular device I insured, but it's good to know that I had protection if ever anything happened to my expensive device.

The Geek Squad is definitely a great service, and has great, skilled agents, that are abltle to resolve all issues.

Always get the geek squad protection. Never have any problems but always good for accidents.
