After paying $10 a month for almost a year i had a issue with my phone screen not working properly and they wanted to just replace the whole phone which was $200 plus additional fees. They need to be more clear on that you would have to pay half or more then half the phones cost just to get a screen repair, i could have my screen repaired for less elseware and not have to pay $10 a month.

The process could be easy and more clear . When you call the store they give u the run around . Sounds like they are like the car extended warranty that you get spam calls from .

Insurance is best and price better And anytime some wrote with items a take to Best buy and they fixing

agents are always available to answer my questions, although iv never needed any hardware fixes yet
