I mean if anything goes wrong you can replace at the stores . am sure it vary on the device you get plan on! some if it can fix then u just get repair. if that doesn't work then you can just get it replace

Covered for 2years, plain and simple for any and all defects, no 800# to call, just go to your nearest best buy store and receive a replacement with great customer service. What more can you ask for.

Always try and get the geek squad protection. Only have had to use once on my wife's Ipad. She broke the screen before walking out of the store. Geek squad took care of it quickly and professionally.

I always buy GeekSquad protection on any device that I can if it's over $100. The benefit of having that piece of mind is worth the extra cost. Consider it insurance with added benefits.

For the price to protect our investment it seems like a good idea. Told if anything goes wrong, just bring it in for an immediate replacement vs dealing with warranty from the manufacturer.

I haven't had to use this protection yet, and hopefully don't, but our experience in the past is that Best Buy makes the process simple. We like being covered in case of a tech failure!

i always get the geek squad on anything i get that has importance in my life. most items dont have accidental protection but things like this are not normally broken by accident
