probably the best thing I've done for my electronics ever. Especially if you plan on using your devices heavily. They make it super easy to replace. Worth every penny.

i try to get best buy plans on most electronic products i buy from best buy. never any issues with return, replacement or refund for warranted products. great investment!!!

I purchased this as insurance on a new router. Our old one was killed during a bad storm. Hopefully I will not have to use this but you never know. Highly recommended.

I bought the product replacement protection plan in case my cable modem breaks. The price was cheap and it's for two years. You just never know when something happens.

The geek squad perfection was great. After struggling with our router numerous time it was so great to just come in and switch it out with a new without a problem st all.

I don't purchase extended warranties often but went ahead and pulled the trigger. We shall see if its needed but I am glad I have back up in case of an emergency!

I always buy the protection plans from Best Buy to ensure I will be covered in case of accident or defect, it is hassle free and they always take care of you

Unfortunately the manufacturer's warranties are never as good as these, so, they are a necessary evil. I have had to use them in the past and they do come in handy.

Haven't had to use it, which I am very thankful for. It is reassuring to know that if anything goes wrong. while under warranty, it will be remedied immediately.

I usually do not buy extended warranty, but the service from Best Buy and the Geek Squad over the years, PLUS as minimal price for this made it seem worthwhile.

When I purchased my modem, they offered me this plan and let me know if I have any issues I can deal with my local store instead of the 1-800 number for Motorola!

I've always been extremely happy with the service provided by the Geek squad - especially as I'm far from being an expert they make any concern very simple!

I like the idea of "insuring" my purchase with the product replacement from Geek Squad. That way if something goes wrong, I do not have to pay for another modem.

Having this 2 year replacement warranty provides great protection in case something unfortunately goes wrong with your valued purchase. Better safe than sorry.

Needed a protection plan for my router. 2 yrs for 20 bucks wasn't bad. Where my router goes...this is a very thoughtful addition. WE SHALL SEE if it pays off....

I’m great full for the Warenty. It brings piece of mind with owning such a great product. I haven’t had to use it but lam glad to have it just in case

I buy geek squad protect on EVERY purchase I can. It's well worth the cost and I highly suggest it for every item you buy if it's available for that project!

Just in case my router stops working! I can't continuously keep purchasing a new wireless router when it does not work anymore, why not get insurance for it!
