You never know when you might need to replace your device when the warranty expires.... for sure i would always recomend protection if something goes bad

I purchased the two year warranty for my Wi-fi thermostat and I hope that if anything comes up with my thermostat the process to get it fixed is easy.

Usually purchase the replacement plan on higher end purchases, and I would strongly suggest it. Very hassle free time when it comes to replacements.

I always get Greek squad. Used it once on my lap top because I had a virus. They backed up everything for me and got the virus gone.

For about $20.00 you can’t go wrong. My Alexa gen 1 was replaced because of purchasing this. I bought it again for the replacement.

Hopefully I never really need this feature but, if I do I know it is good to have, just wish they were a little quicker to deal with customer issues. But in store they are professional & though it takes forever, it does usually get sorted out. Worth the extra piece(*peace) of mind. ;)

The problem with computers now-a-day is you never know from one day to the next if it is going to work like it was intended. I bought this package as a back-up in case I needed to have my computer service. Thus far, I've been lucky and haven't had to fall back on using their services.

I haven't had to use this particular program for this item yet, but I have had to use it in the past and the service was absolutely fantastic!
