I am so fortunate that I had the mind set to buy this plan. Theses Arlo pro cameras have been nothing but a headache.

We haven't used the product replacement yet because everything is working well and we have no need for it now.

Great simple easy to install, but one of the cameras acting up with its capture of video clarity/pixels/color despite adjustments

this camera is great. the only problem that I had with it was the battery life. my house sits on a busy corner of the neighborhood and the camera batter life span is only for 5 recordings daily. i was getting about 30 a day and the batteries lasted 43 days before needing to swap out the battery. this camera really needs the rechargeable battery.

Not much experience and the few times ive had to return something not to much trouble

When I purchased the replacement plan, the sales guy grossly misrepresented the plan. I asked very specific questions and was told it offered full replacement of any camera or battery that malfunctioned. I attempted to return 1 camera that does not work correctly. I was given the run-around. They will not just replace a camera or battery as promised. The entire set, even though the cameras are mounted on concrete and it's not "hassle free" to remove the mounting brackets, must be returned. Wasted money & wasted time. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy.
