Life happens, even the best made things can break no matter how much you try and take care of them, and safe guard them. I like that it's a replacement plan and I don't have to wait on a timely repair, but can walk out with a new item when tradgedy unexpectantly strikes, and suddenly I'm in need of a new one, and I don't need to think about the cost of buying a new one, because I'm already covered!!! This made my gift even more special!

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

I have used product replacement plans in the past and this has always been a really easy system to use. Having them local beats amazon for me on the items that I plan to obtain a service agreement like this one. Worth every penny for the headache that would otherwise come with trying to ship something back to amazon.

I was very pleased when I was able to purchase a 2 year warranty plan for my vtech phone..hopefully I wont have to use it..but if I drop or break my cordless landline phone I will be covered.no worries here..thank u best buy for bringing my number one store for all my electronic devices...in Chicago near the blue line on Kimble an Belmont...go 2016 cubs....mike from the Northside of Chicago....thanks for quality on hands customer service....

Haven’t used the service yet but I’m sure it’s great when it is needed. That’s pretty much all I have to say. Products of mine that have this service have been running fantastically with no problems. But I’m sure if something ever goes wrong I know who to call. Ghost busters.. I mean the Geek Squad lol

My expensive shaver broke it's head. Don't know how that happened. Just came apart. Had it for at least a couple years. Couldn't find my extended warranty but they had it on their system and promptly replaced the shaver with a new one. Really glad I got it. I quickly renewed the contract. Some items shouldn't be with out one.

Good service as Geek Squad installed a microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryers. Got discounts on install and free takeaway of old 1987 appliances. Also get discounts on protection plans as I put my appliances and high end stuff on the plans.

Geek Squad Product Replacement is just simply a NO BRAINER for any Best Buy product that will have regular use or has a “price point” that you want to yourself from having to spend again during the time it’s protected! Biggest thing you have to do...is not do anything malicious to the product...and it’s protected!

My old computer suddenly broke down and Geek Squad helped me to retrieve data that I thought I lost. Also helped me buy an external drive to store old data on. A sales associate helped me to find an all in one desktop with touchscreen at an affordable price. Got a few bucks off because it was display.

I've only used Geek Squad Protection Plans 1 time, and it was a flawless, hassle free interaction. Asked me my problem with the device, keyed a few things in and told me my replacement options. I decided to upgrade to the newer device and pay the difference (new product cost - original purchase price). Super easy.

If you have an issue, or if the product breaks, geek squad is there for you. They have replaced remotes for me and they have guided me through the process of which ones to get that works best. They are very knowledgeable and they know their products very well or will find out information for you.

You can't go wrong. 24/7 support with webroot. They support it no matter where I got it from. Only 50 dollars to mount my 55 inch TV. How are they even making money. This has been by far the best plan they have ever came up with. Everyone should have this.the amoyof money I have saved installs and car work is in real. I recommend that everyone get this asap.

I get the protection with everything I buy and don't always use it, but when something does happen with a faulty product it is so nice just to be able to deal with best buy then to have to deal with some company that cares more about the money then the people. Thanks for being there Best Buy.

Best buys honors their extra warranty without hassel,even looked up the reciept in their computer for me. I might not of double checked if they said it was expired, but they practice good buisness ethics,providing the best option for me. Checked to see if product could be fixed before replacing. This keeps my extra protection warranty active. Love doing buisness here.

I would always recommend Geeksquad replacement plan. For now it’s still the best insurance you could ever get for your purchase. With in the timeframe of your plan If you have the gsp “replacement” plan. If any happens to your product you would simply get a new version of that product. Truly an amazing program.

Anytime I make a large purchase or purchase an appliance at Best Buy, I typically add the Geek Squad warranty. From my past experiences using this warranty, I've never had any issues and the process has always been relatively simple for getting a replacement with minimal costs.
