We got this December 2022 and loved it. Seems it didnt last very long before error messages pop up on screen telling to clean the needle. Thought I cleaned needle thoroughly yet everytime you brew a cup it doesnt fill cup but third of the way with grounds all in in cup. Also I bought my son one and it didnt last a full year so I question the quality of Hamilton Beach coffee makers. Thankfully I bought the replacement plan.

I had to return my Elite Air fryer after purchasing it over a 1 year ago. So the manufacturer warranty had already expired. I purchased the 2 year geek squad product replacement warranty and was able to return the air fryer with no problems. Thanks geek squad for the help.

Its always great to know that you have an insurance plan is something goes wrong. Same goes for product replacement. I've used this service on two identical products and thought it would be a hassle. It was no more difficult than checking out an item at the cash register! Honestly!

I purchased my Keurig machine for my college bound freshman. The last thing I needed was to send him off to college in another state and have a mechanical problem and no way to fix it. The geek squad is in all major cities and near most colleges so it was the logical choice to do repair work. Plus the Geek squad is great at customer service and quality repair work.

Husband had me buy the warranty for our Xbox even though I usually don't but I came in handy when we had a lightning strike at our house that fried all our electronics. Service was great. We took it in and in about 10 mins everything was done. The sent us a refurbished Xbox which worked just like a new one. Whole process took about 3 days because of the weekend but we are extremely satisfied.

Protect your investments with GSP-RP, worth every penny and hassle free warranty replacements. I don't know about no questions asked but they did ask me alot of ridiculous questions. But all in all, the warranty speaks for itself and well you paid for the warranty fair and square.

I got the Geek Squad Protection because I want to be able to get my products fixed if anything should happen to my products. If nothing happens its fine, but if something does I know I will be OK. sometimes 2 years some are 4 years, depending on what is being protected. I am covered. yes

The product worked well so I did not need to use the protection but I did on several occasion use the chat box and talk to an agent and call in and have an expert walk me through how the darn thing was suppose to work in the first place and troubleshooting live is totally worth it!

They are number one excellent service I am so happy are used to be a merchandise with circuit city but I have to give credit best buys is one of the number one place of business and a long time five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Geek squad ✌️

I’m very careful with my technology but eventually a product simply stops working or..life happens. And knowing I can just take whatever product falls under the replacement plans and get a new one is simply a lifesaver. For such a small cost it’s a no brainer and I buy it with every purchase now!

Best Buy is my favorite electronic store. They have most things I need at a great price. If they don’t, they will price match it. They are only a handful of times I get the protection plan and the few times I need a replacement I simply go the store and get it exchange without hassles or problems.

I love geek squad service. I hope to never need it but when I do they make it quick, easy and painless to return a broken device and get a replacement. If your buying something you will use very often and have a high chance of it wearing out or breaking I recommend getting geek squad.

I purchased this product and actually had to get a replacement. The process for getting the replacement was hassle free and I purchased an additional replacement plan for the replaced unit. This is a great coverage especially for products used by children, in homes with pets, or for portable products that may incur damage during travel, vacations,etc.

Geek squad replacement plans are the best value out there. You have complete coverage on the product you buy and the option to upgrade over the years as new technology comes about. I recommend anyone to take BestBuy up on these plans. It’s definitely worth it in the long run.

My coffee maker would not make copy as a drip sensor kept coming on and shutting it off. I called Best Buy geek squad and was told to bring it back in and they would replace it or refund me. From the time I went in to the time I left with a new coffee pot was this was about 15 minutes.

I love when you add warranty through Geek Squad you could get a free replacement for your item if they are unable to fix it. Adding warranty is so worth it. It puts your mind at ease that your money is being spent well and your products are being taken care of.

I have to say I purchased this warranty for this product..I cant tell you that this purchase was 5 star but i can say ..when i added it to my wahl trimmer that broke..these guys in hazlet were so nice ..and without any issues they helped me..and that is the reason why i purchased an extended warranty...way to go hazlet store

I’ve had to use this Protection plan and it still amazes me how easy and convenient it is. Even during COVID19, Cynthia and her manager we’re both excellent in helping us out. Worth the original $11 but being a credit card holder member went down even lower to $8. Worth every penny!

Everything that I purchase from Best Buy, I add the protection plan. It nice to have that extra protection and be worried free. If it breaks or gets damages, you just walk in the store for a replacement. Laptops, tablets, video game consoles, tvs, appliances, headphones, printers, speakers...i have done it all; and have never been disappointed.

I always buy a warranty on more expensive items since I have small kids in the house. Best Buy has been good for the most part in honoring them, although I've had discrepancies from time to time and they have gotten more picky over the years. The accident coverage makes up for that, although it's a little more pricey. If you have the propensity to break it, then buy it!
