I haven’t had to use this yet but, I’m glad that I have the support if ever needed. I think for the price and peace of mind this worth having.

Since I just purchased my 2-year product replacement I have not had to use it. It is providing me a sense of security.

The agents hepled me with my phone when I had a problem. They were unable to fix the problem so they ordered me a new one. They did and said everything I was communicate about my item.

I got the warrenty for a pen. The reviews reported the clip was an issue for some, it would break off. I thought it wouldn't be covered but the salesperson said it wouldn't be a problem

I have not used. However it’s worthy. I do recommended. Stress free option by relying on professionals.

I'm a total klutz - a protection contract is a must.

Very helpful and answered my questions. When they recommended it would be best to add the two year warranty I asked them what would happen if the warranty ran out and the calculator stopped working right. They said that's why they would recommend a two year warranty just in case that was to happen, I could return it for a new one.

Comes in handy when you need to get a replacement product

Having support from the Geek Squad is handy and if the labtop runs into problems i can contact or bring my labtop in so they can troubleshoot and correct the problem.

A must service and warranty plan for any electronic item bought to ensure long time enjoying it.

The Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and helped us understand all rhe new hookups!

I get the Geek Squad service with products for one basic reason -- any time I have had a problem or question, I just call the Geek Squad and they do everything possible to answer my question or to solve the problem (and they have an outstanding track record of solving the problem)! I've never been disappointed by the Geek Squad!

I'm so glad I bought access to the Geek Squad. The first antenna I purchased was not going to get me the channels I needed. It was explained to me that for $10 more, I could get what I wanted. He was right.

I am thankful to be able to purchase the 2 - Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, because my daughter purchased a game controller for her brother that is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. At first, I didn’t think it was necessary to purchase the 2 - Year Geek Squad Product Replacement, because Best Buy has the quality when it comes to selling products to its customers. Then, I got to thinking Best Buy probably don’t make the products they just sell them with proper trained skills to satisfy every customer served.

I love my new tv it a wonderful picture and i love to order it agin when my other tv go out

Geek Squad is the best, I was very happy to have the replacement on my product. I did learn A valuable lesson.

We have not needed to use Geek Squad service for the most current unit we purchased, but we have used it in the past for our Kitchenaid Range. Geek Squad service was excellent and gave us peace of mind.

Never leave the store without one, at least on more expensive stuff. We had three free tvs due to having one. First tv broke withing a few months, got it replaced free. Bought a plan with it. That tv had an issue within a few weeks, got another free tv...etc. Saved thousands!
