My 12 year old daughter got the chrome book for Christmas. Three times i have used the the two year replacement and all three times they made IT easy , and reacted fast and replaced the chrome book once ! This is putting your money where your mouth is . Best Buy backed up the Warranty and I will Always buy my electronics simply due to the service the Geek Squad provides

I like the geek squad protection option! Purchased a few items at Best Buy and have purchased the geek squad protection plan and really appreciate being able to return the item if it falters and am able to get the full purchase price back for the items so that I could purchase something different. I would definitely recommend purchasing a protection plan.

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

I haven't had to use this yet (I bought this for a roku stick) and hope I don't ever have to. But it's super affordable if you're already making a slightly pricey purchase. I always like to stay on the safe side to have guaranteed help and protection for my electronic devices, so this was a clear option to go for.

The Geek Squad is kind of helpful, but has not done anything to settle my problem. I have a 5 year service contract that now has two years left. I have not been satisfied with my product replacement. Everything comes up on their computer, but they are very hesitant in providing my authorized replacemnt/refund. I am an avid sports enthusiast and now I have no television to view my sports program unless I go to another area of the house - which is an inconvenience.

I had to return my shredder because I was having issues with it .

The Geek Squad Product Replacement plan offers you peace of mind when making those unexpected purchases (TV, remote, printer, etc.). The replacement plan is beneficial when the unexpected purchase stops working for no apparent reason. Thanks Best Buy for the replacement plan and standing behind the products you sell.

I have used the Geek Squad twice. Once to set up my TVs and once to set up a device that will allow my wife and I to listen to TV late without disturbing others. (Bluetooth Headphones and dual connection device.) The Geek Squad people are on time, courteous, and professional. They take their time in doing it right.

I purchased this warranty for peace of mind. Many products just are NOT made to last, so adding this protection just makes sense.

I never purchase devices without an extended warranty. This warranty was purchased with the Sony - PX Series Digital Voice Recorder. Thankfully I have not had to use the warranty but I feel secure knowing my product is covered if anything happens to it. I recommend the extended warranty for anything that is eligible for an extended warranty.

Geek Squad product replacement plans are a MUST! It's great having the replacement plan because accidents happen! The Squad is always knowledgeable as well. I always buy a protection plan with items I purchase from Best Buy. It's such a great service offered!

Geek Squad is the only Squad for me. Other squad's just.. aren't geeky enough.

I have had several gaming headsets from Best Buy with replacement plans. I have been able to return and exchange easily. Wouldn’t spent hundreds of dollars on gaming gear without the replacement plan, I prefer not throwing my hard earned money away. Would definitely recommend.

I always buy my expensive appliances through Best Buy because of the extended warranty availability. I spent a lot of money on SONOS speakers and it is important to me to have extended coverage just in case. Best Buy makes it very easy with reminders and an easy way to pay. I highly recommend this to everyone for peace of mind on expensive items.
