I have had this product replacement product on my kids Xbox controllers and let me tell you that I don’t regret at all getting it, I have change my kids controllers so many times that I can’t even remember the times that I have got a new controller, it saves you money on controllers because they are expensive and with kids it’s better to have this insurance.

Have always used & preferred the Geek Squad Protection Plans for any & every product I have bought thru Best Buy...including all cell phones. The co-pays are always cheaper (if applicable) and replacement fast & easy with minimal questions asked if any. Will always continue with GS in the future when able!

Having this geeks squad replacement coverage just puts my mind at ease ! Not having it makes me feel so much better that I don’t have to worry about it breaking or something going wrong because you just make it in and they take care of it by fixing it or replacing it ! Worth every penny !!

I recommend that this be purchased for the things like Controllers. Laptop, Desktops and anything that gets used on a daily basis. Easy to have your items fixed or replaced. Definitely read up on the higher priced items like smart TVs. If there is accidental protection for it, i would purchase that as well.

M$ only gives you a 30 day warranty on these controllers, they’re notorious for stick drift and the LB and RB buttons not working but with the geek squad warranty you can have peace of mind knowing that they have your back with a repair or new controller.

I purchased this geek squad 2 yr accident insurance for my xbox controller. I haven't used it yet but I have had it in the past and it was great! I brought my controller in with a broken joystick and I was able to swap It out for a new one. Tip keep your box and receipt showing insurance.

If you shop Bestbuy, you gotta get this service! They are amazing! The service pays for itself. Computer help, cheap home installations, and they will assist with just about any appliance and electronic device you own. Get this service and you will be happy you did!

These warranties are the best bang for your buck. I know warranties are not for everyone but if you have the spare cash you should go for it as it gives you some peace of mind knowing that if something happens to your product you can get a replacement or money back.

The agents were great when had to tablet in to be fixed they explain the process and let me know it could be a few weeks and also can track your repair and got tablet back in short time fixed and they explain what they did and tablet works fine and I'm very happy with there quality of service

Perfect for what it is. Unfortunately I had to use this warranty because my item broke. But they took care of it no problems.

I had an issue with my headset not charging or connecting properly. Luckily I had a 2 year plan and brought it in... they barely even evaluated my headset and simply told me to go get another one. Easiest process ever and I really appreciate the trust coming from the service.

Thankfully, I havent had the chance to use my geek squad protection on this item yet. But being a person who loves technological devices I prefer going with the best protection that anyone can offer for my product and that protection is the Geek Squad protection from Best Buy.

helped me with my gaming headsets. I recently went to take my headset back because it was making a weird noise. they stopped carrying the white astro a40 so I had to get the new black a 40. they took off the $50 difference in price. so all I had to do was pay for my 2 year warranty. love the SQUAD!

Highly recommend the service contract for Xbox controllers. These all eventually break and mine have all been within the 2 year window. 20.00 contract will get you a free replacement if it breaks no questions asked so although price point is high compared to product cost it is well worth it.

People has mixed experiences with BestBuy's GSP. I've always had good experience. I play fifa a lot. Ends up breaking my controller every 6-12 months. Worth spending on 2 year replacement warranty. I just show up with my controller. They look me up with my phone number. If I wanted a controller which more than the previous one I just have to pay price difference.

I highly recommend getting one of these when you buy your products, It helps with your pocketbook if you need to replace your product, It doesn't make much sense to buy an expensive TV or computer or laptop or camera or fridge and not get one.

The headset was very wonky and gave me all kinds of performance problems daily and then I remembered that I had extended warranty plan back to the store and I swapped it out and I had zero problems. I even change them out for the Astro 850 is because they didn't have them in stock so they just gave me what was equal to. Fantastic!

Geek Squad protection is good and very easy, they don't give you a hassle to get a replacement. You just being the broken product in and quickly they replace it, no questions asked. I would try to add a protection plan if you can, so worth it.

Hands down the best product replacement plan I've ever purchased! Been buying my controllers from Best buy for years solely for this warranty! So easy to get yours replaced. Can go to the store and grab one off the shelf to exchange it! And if they don't have one in stock in store they'll order online if available and ship it to your home!
