Don't actually remember what I purchased this one for, but I like getting the Geek Squad protection for some of my more expensive electronics I buy. Probably got this for my Klipsch front speakers.

Worth purchasing if the device is known to fail. Be sure to do research on the product of its longevity before purchasing it. For example, Any Blu-ray game or media disc is scratch-proof no need for a warranty.

I'm very thankful for this extended warranty. Especially since Microsoft can't develop a controller that isn't worthless after 6-12 months. I definitely recommend this for any Xbox controller purchase.

Best Buy's protection plans are very much worth it. Any time I have an issue with a product that is covered by the protection plan, Best Buy always takes care of me with no issues. This is why I continue to shop at Best Buy.

You can't buy a peoduct without getting the Geek squad coverage! I've used then only once & after looking at a home for 20 mins, they determine the phone had to be replaced & they gave me new one and out the door we walked.

I always get protection plans on everything I buy from Best buy. This specific one is for the Xbox elite controller and I've had to use it a couple times it was a pure joy. Just walk in get the item then go to customer service. That's it!! Easy as pie!

I always purchase the protection for gaming controllers. Basically you bring it into Best Buy and they give you a gift card for the cost of the controller, you only have to pay for the protection on the new controller.

Elite controller replacement. To be able to pay a small fee covering anything that happens in a two year span is great. Especially on a $150 controller, that I can walk in and grab a new one just like that.

I've had to use the extended warranty a handful of times and after further research most things aren't covered in the manufacturers warranty. Save yourself the frustration, worry and spend the extra couple of $ on high priced items for a piece of mind.

Store employee offered me the protection plan. I do not always purchase the protection plan; I’ll do it depending on the device. Since I game a lot, I need my controls to be always ready. I have used this protection plan before, just go to the store, replace it and that’s it.

I recommend this for people who are rushing to buy something but are unsure. I bought a gaming headset in a rush when I didnt have much money and they allowed me to upgrade as long as I had this replacement plan. I just had to pay the difference.

if you are purchasing a product worthwhile, it's a great idea to purchase this plan. I have bought expensive electronics with this as a back up and best buys truly will replace the item if it cannot be fixed.

Remotes buttons stick if your a true gamer , accidents happen and remotes don’t last forever. I purchased this and I’m saying it’s a must have ! Love the ease of it guys ! Must have !!!!!!! Especially with electronics !

In general geek squad insurance is great. When I had problems with my laptop they immediately fixed it and brought back with no problems. When My physical copy of a game broke they replaced it with a new one right away. They are fast and reliable.
