I will always buy geek squad protection on products over $200. BestBuy has always be great when coverage is used. They usually instruct me to pick out a new product to replace the broken one. Much better than apple care+ but is not an option for most apple products. I am very happy with the geek squad protection. Just review what level that you may purchase.

Luv Bestbuys insurance plans / packages! I always opt for their insurance on my electronics. Purchased this insurance for my wireless Bose headphones - was able to swap out my headphones for a new pair right as my 1st pair was hitting its 2 year mark (and headphones ear-mesh was peeling). Can’t go wrong for $20-40 2-year device coverage

I can definitely give this a good review because anytime do you have a replacement plan with Best Buy they always stand behind them they never give you no static about anything so replacement plan with Best Buy is always worth it because they’re not like other companies that find ways to wiggle out of standing behind their warranty.

Always ask whether it's a repair or replacement plan. Anything that is an instant replacement it well worth the money. Not a fan of the repair option plans. I don't want my item to be repaired and then just last long enough to be out of warranty.

This things ROCKS! Best bang for you buck for under $200 hands down! The bass is crazy and the fact that it announces what you're connected to is awesome! I reccomend the rsilicone case to protect this investment. It's not the most mobile for the beach or water but everywhere else it's hands down the best winner for bass and clarity. I'm a BOSE fan that's for sure. Their bigger speakers rock as well...more than just a name. Quality!

I always loved Geek Squad no questions replacement. Every time there was an instance where my product did not work for whatever reason I take it back to BB and they usually say go and pick out another one. Worth the money for the security.

Got this for my headphones. I will always get protection for them for how often i carry them with me. The older model eventually had issues and was able to upgrade by paying the difference no questions asked. I got coverage again the next time i mess them up, which will be about time for the latest model:)

My headphones had this foam that moved out of is place (ware and tear) and they were working perfectly fine it was just that one thing wrong with them. Geek squad saw it, I took everything back the headphones and the charger and they refund me the money on a best buy gift card so I could get new headphones. Easy, fast and simple process.

Every time I purchase a product from Best Buy, I make sure I get the extended warranty, it is worth it. I have had problems with MP3 players, wireless headphones, and each time I get a new replacement no questions asked. Cant go wrong, get that warranty.

Typically I don't buy extended warranties on most products. But when I do purchase something of very high value or that I know will be used often enough that damage is likely I do buy the Geek Squad service plan. Best Buy has one of the best customer oriented service plans offered by any retailer. Its not for every purchase but when I have had to use it I have never had an issue getting a fair return on the warranty.

I had to use Geek Squad Protection Plus last year when I broke my Note 9 screen I had to order a new screen at Bestbuy that took a couple of days to get in once the screen came in It took a couple of hours for the work to be done I love this Protection Plan also I believe I had to pay $50 to get everything done.

I bought the added protection plan on my new Bose speaker! If for any reason the buttons wear out/off or the Bluetooth suddenly dies out, you will only need to take it to the store, if they cant fix it (like the buttons being worn out) they will more than likely replace it! Ant question at any point on how to use it all you have to do is call them! I love the added security!

I've had to replace my first LG Headset a while back. One of the ears stopped working. The Best Buy customer was courteous and offered me another headset with no issues. Only thing is that I couldnt get my original headset and had to go with another model of the LG in which I dont really care for at all. But overall the product replacement plan is amazing! You should def get one with all of your Best Buy purchases.

Back in the day when I'd buy a electronic device they usually offer a minimum time of warranty & when I least expect it... the device breaks down. Luckily now with Best Buys protection plan it help from paying costly services, repairs, & even replacements. Trust me, it's worth paying the protection plan than buying a whole new device.

I find that their plans are a bit pricey and not as long or as inexpensive as square trade but with that being said.... I have the convenience of being able to walk into the store and have them replace or refund my purchase without a hassle within that time frame immediately. No over the phone stuff and mailing it in procedure. Its like fast food... :-) So to me the plans are worth it.

I always shop Best Buy for my electronic needs. I have had several products that have the Geek Squad Protection. I never have to worry about my products breaking. Best Buy stands behinds their products and their protection plan. If they can fix it or replace it they will find you a similar product or give you a gift card. I love Best Buy, Geek Squad and their credit card.

I never had to use this protection. Thankfully all my devices remained functioning while I had the plan. I enjoyed greatly the security that was offered through the plan that if I did ever experience issues with my device(s) that the cost would be completely covered and my issue resolved in a timely manner.

I bought the 2 year replacement plan for headphones. I always buy one for headphones. I use them at the gym so maybe I sweat them to death, but one side will go out sooner or later. The replacement plan has saved me lots of money. Never had a problem with using it, great customer service from Best Buy. You can even use the credit to buy a better pair of headphones by paying the additional cost of the more expensive pair you want.

The Geek Squad agents are professional and efficient! I love the way they were able to replace one of my defective air pods that was still under warranty. Even though it was the height of the holiday season, they worked really quickly to send out the damaged air pod and replace it with a new one. Highly recommended.
